ScaleXP Referral Partner Programme Terms & Conditions

  1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your participation in the ScaleXP Referral Partner Programme (the “Programme”). By participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

  1. Eligibility

To participate in the Programme, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

  1. Programme Participation

To join the Programme, you must complete the registration process on the ScaleXP website or as directed by ScaleXP. Upon successful registration, you will receive a unique referral link that you can share with friends and colleagues to refer them to ScaleXP.

  1. Referral Reward

For each successful referral, you will be eligible to receive a reward of £100. A successful referral is defined as a referred individual who:

a. Has not been a ScaleXP customer within the last 12 months. b. Becomes a paying ScaleXP customer using your unique referral link. c. Maintains an active ScaleXP subscription for at least three consecutive months.

  1. Payment

Referral rewards will be paid out after the referred customer has maintained an active subscription for three months. Payments will be made through the payment method specified during registration, such as bank transfer or PayPal.

  1. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges related to the referral rewards. ScaleXP will not be held liable for any tax liabilities arising from your participation in the Programme.

  1. Restrictions

You may not:

a. Use any deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent methods to promote your referral link. b. Use the Programme for any purpose that is illegal or violates any applicable laws or regulations. c. Spam or send unsolicited messages to promote your referral link.

  1. Termination

ScaleXP reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Programme at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, a breach of these Terms.

  1. Changes to the Programme

ScaleXP may modify or discontinue the Programme at any time, without notice. Changes to the Programme, including any changes to the referral rewards, will be communicated through the ScaleXP website or other means.

  1. Limitation of Liability

ScaleXP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Programme.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
