What will you show me in the ScaleXP demo?
We’ll personalize the demo around the finance workflows most relevant to you. Depending on your requirements, this could include revenue recognition, month-end journals, SaaS metrics, reporting, CRM invoicing, renewals or forecasting. We won’t spend 30 minutes showing you features you don’t need.
Can you show ScaleXP with the systems we already use?
Yes. ScaleXP works with Xero, QuickBooks Online and Zoho Books, as well as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Stripe. Tell us which systems you use and we’ll focus the demo on the relevant workflows and integrations.
Can ScaleXP automate revenue recognition and month-end journals?
Yes. ScaleXP can automate finance workflows including deferred revenue, accrued revenue, prepayments and accruals, with journals posted to your accounting system. During the demo, we can show the workflows that are relevant to your finance team and explain how they would work with your existing data.
Can you show us our SaaS metrics during the demo?
Yes. If SaaS reporting is important to you, we can show how ScaleXP calculates and reports metrics including MRR, ARR, churn, NRR and GRR using your finance and subscription data. We can focus the demo on the metrics and reporting your team actually uses.
Can we discuss our own finance process or unusual requirements?
Absolutely. Bring the complicated parts — unusual billing, multi-entity structures, CRM workflows, spreadsheets or processes that are difficult to automate. If you’d rather talk through your requirements before seeing the product, you can discuss your requirements with us first.
How long is the demo and do I need to prepare anything?
The demo takes 30 minutes and no preparation is required. If there is a particular process, spreadsheet, integration or finance problem you’d like us to look at, you’re welcome to bring it.
