How is this different from a demo?
A demo shows you the product on data like yours. This starts with your requirements — multi-entity, unusual billing, several systems — and we only open the product if it helps answer them. Both take 30 minutes.
Who will I be speaking to?
Suezann, ScaleXP’s co-founder and a former Finance Director. Bring a colleague if you like — the booking form lets you add guests.
What should I have ready?
Nothing. A rough idea of your systems — accounting, CRM, billing — and what takes longest at month end is all we need.
Our setup is complicated. Is that a problem?
That is usually the reason to book this rather than a demo. Multi-entity structures, unusual billing, several systems that do not agree with each other — bring the parts that are hard to automate and we will tell you which of them ScaleXP handles.
Will you work with the systems we already use?
ScaleXP works with Xero, QuickBooks Online and Zoho Books, as well as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Stripe. Tell us which you use and we will be specific about what connects.
What if ScaleXP isn’t the right fit?
Then we will say so in the call, and where we can we will tell you what would suit you better. You will not be chased afterwards.
Can we try it on our own data?
Yes. You can use ScaleXP free for 7 days with your own Xero or QuickBooks Online data, either after this conversation or instead of it.
What happens afterwards?
If ScaleXP fits, we agree the sensible next step — usually a demo for the wider team, or a trial on your own data. There is no obligation either way.
