Great tool.
We’ve been using ScaleXP for about a month now, to calculate both our deferred revenue and prepayments. The tool and the automated schedules and journal entries that it is able to generate has already saved us several hours of valuable time during a busy month-end. It’s also really useful to be able to see the breakdown of customer balances each month so we can easily identify lost/new customers.

Recently linked Xero to ScaleXP. The reports and charts were brilliant for management reporting. The cash charts on the dashboard were helpful. In addition to the preset chart calculations, additional forecast data was easy add to show the multiple comparison. The team was really helpful with options and features to personalise the chart series .
