Who we are

ScaleXP was formed to give ambitious companies the tools to reach their potential by bringing the power of data to your screen, highlighting performance against target.

FOUNDER AND CEO

Suezann Holmes 

Suezann, the Founder and CEO of ScaleXP, is an award-winning CEO, CFO, NED and Board Advisor.  Immediately prior to founding ScaleXP,  she held a range of FD/CFO roles spanning from large, listed corporations through to medium sized companies and from well established businesses such as Virgin Media and Virgin Mobile to early stage Tech Track 100 companies.  Suezann is a chartered accountant and has a BA in computer science from the University of Texas at Austin as well as an MBA from Wharton Business School and a Masters of Arts from The Lauder Institute at The University of Pennslyvania.

Having been finance director of many small companies herself, Suezann saw a gap in the market for affordable software that could automate data processing to facilitate data driven decisions for SMEs, leading her to found ScaleXP.

Originally from Texas, USA, Suezann spent time living, working and studying in several other countries before settling in London with her husband and two children.  She has a passion for learning and traveling and is always looking for new ideas and new adventures.

Marjorie Stern Jackson

Marjorie is an experienced financial adviser whose wide range of finance experience includes bank credit officer in New York,  valuations and corporate finance advisor on Wall Street and in the City of London and various finance manager roles including finance director.  She studied politics, sociology and Economics at Princeton University and has an MBA with a focus in Finance from Wharton Business School.

Having provided financial insights from the perspective of  lenders and investors as well as small and large companies, Marjorie understands the importance of cutting through the latest fads and jargon to provide the information that matters most for whomever is using it.

Viren Rajput

Viren leads our technology team with a focus on building practical, scalable solutions that meet real business needs. With over a decade of experience, he prioritizes clear, effective technology strategies that support the company’s goals without unnecessary complexity.

Viren lives in London.  He has a degree in Information Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
